These Terms govern your use of SaniSetu, provided by Ruhiverse Technologies. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to these Terms.

The service

SaniSetu helps ceramic factories manage production, rejections, labour earnings, and related factory operations through web and mobile applications.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for activity under your factory workspace
• Keep login credentials and OTP access secure
• Factory owners are responsible for users invited into their workspace

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt operations, or use SaniSetu for unlawful purposes.

Your data

You retain ownership of the factory and labour data you submit. You grant us permission to process that data solely to provide and improve SaniSetu, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions & trials

Plans, trials, and billing terms may apply to your workspace. Features may change as the product evolves. We will communicate material changes when reasonably possible.

Availability & liability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ruhiverse Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of SaniSetu.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for security and legal reasons.
